TERMS OF SERVICE

ADOPTABLES

By purchasing an adoptable, you agree to have fully read and accepted the following «Terms of Service». Please be sure to carefully read this section to avoid misunderstandings. Any questions and concerns can be answered in DMs through Instagram.

❖ After purchase, you have non-commercial ownership of the character design, quirk concept with its included explanation, and the artwork developed specifically for the purchase of the character. This means that the character can be used for any personal purposes (e.g. roleplaying, cosplaying, etc.). If commercial use is of interest (e.g. merchandising), please contact me with further details on the desired use of the character in question to come to an agreement.

❖ Changes to the character after purchase are allowed, such as changing the quirk (or using said quirk for another character). However, alterations to the appearance and visual design, while allowed, should not be done on the artwork if they differ from the original product beyond recognition (e.g. changing the costume in its entirety.).

❖ By buying the adoptable, you’re purchasing the design, the artwork, the written concepts for their abilities, and the labor behind it. However, I retain the right to use the adoptable as a sample for sales and self-promotion.

❖ If posted or used online, you must credit me as the original creator of the adoptable. It can be mentioned in a minor statement under an individual post showcasing the character, or under the description of the website/profile. You may not claim the artwork was produced by yourself.

PAYMENT

❖ All payments should be in USD through a Paypal invoice which I will provide. Do NOT send me the payment, it will be refunded.

❖ Unless an auction is in place, adoptables have a set price.

❖ Refunds are not available.

RESELLING

❖ If you wish to resell the adoptable after you bought it, avoid increasing the price much further than the initial quantity for a fair purchase. You may only add to the price if you commissioned work from other artists who actively allow their work to be resold. (THIS IS A SUGGESTION FOR A FAIR EXCHANGE.)

❖ The Terms of Service stated here are to be applied to whoever has active ownership of an adoptable of my creation regardless of any statement by the reseller indicating the contrary. If you resell the adoptable, please inform the new owner of the detail.
